When measuring, be sure to pay close attention to the sizing chart. For example; L vs. XL. If your measurement is closer to 16" instead of 16.5", then choose Large. If your measurement is right on 16.5" still choose Large because XL is anything from 16.5" to 21", meaning your measurement must be above 16.5" before choosing XL. This should make it so the sleeve is snug and does not slip down.
