Recommended Use
Adults: Take 1 capsule once daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Taking with food improves absorption and reduces the chance of nausea that can occur with high-dose B vitamins on an empty stomach.
Note: Riboflavin-5-phosphate (B2) may cause bright yellow urine. This is a normal and harmless effect of riboflavin metabolism.
